My name is Leslie Smith. I love cake.
My love for baking and decorating cakes began when I was working for Culinary Crafts, a catering company that serviced most of Utah. I watched in awe at that construction of the beautiful wedding cakes they created. I finally asked to try my hand at one of their orders. That was all it took to know "this is what I'm meant to do!"
I wanted to know and learn everything there was about baking and decorating. I am self-taught, however, any opportunity I find to improve my skills, I am on it. Because I love to bake so much, you're sure never to find a cake mix in my pantry. I take pride in knowing my baked goods have the highest quality and freshest ingredients that not only I can get my hands on... but that you deserve!
